Why Sleepy Hollow Construction Exists
Every week, building owners are told they need a roof replacement they don’t actually need. It’s the easiest thing in the world for a contractor to say replacement is the biggest ticket, and most owners have no way to verify the diagnosis.
Sleepy Hollow Construction was built on a different premise: inspect thoroughly, document everything with photos, and recommend what the roof actually needs. Sometimes that’s a repair. Often it’s a restoration at 40 to 60% below replacement cost. Occasionally it truly is a new roof, and when it is, we’ll show you exactly why.
We win business by being the contractor whose evaluation matched what the owner later confirmed for themselves. That reputation is worth more to us than any single job.

WHAT WE DO
Commercial Roofing, Start to Finish
We restore, repair, and replace flat and metal commercial roofs. Our systems include elastomeric roof coatings, fabric-reinforced membranes, metal roof restoration, PVC and TPO single-ply membranes, and spray polyurethane foam, all available as energy-saving cool roof systems with renewable warranties up to 18 years (up to 25 years on single-ply membranes).
Our crews are factory-trained and certified in the systems we install. That matters: manufacturer warranties depend on correct installation, and restoration systems in particular are only as good as the preparation and detail work underneath the coating.
